About the role We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance professional to join and lead a small finance team, working 30-35 hours per week. This role is essential in supporting strategy through turning financial data into meaningful financial insights and collaboration with senior leaders for this business unit. This is a hands‑on Finance Manager role, so you will need to be equally comfortable with day to day accounting tasks whilst also providing financial leadership and advice as part of the business SLT. This role is perfect for someone who's not only analytical and proactive, but also enjoys connecting with other passionate people in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Monthly accounting completion and review Day-to-day accounting operations including reporting, forecasting, and budgeting Cash flow forecasting and analysis Payroll - oversee the collection of weekly payroll information & review Process improvement identification and recommendation Manufacturing process margin analysis and costing Providing proactive financial and commercial advice on business unit About you Proven experience in a Finance Managers role, Senior Management Accountant or similar role High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to communicate at all levels and commitment to teamwork and delivering high-quality outcomes Strong technical skills with the ability to pick up new systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
