This has the potential to lead into a Operations Manager role for the right person with the right experience. About the Role: This is a hands-on management position where you will coordinate jobs, manage staff and fleet requirements, and ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards. You will also be expected to assist on the tools when required. What's on offer: Salary of $70-75K depending on experience. Company car and mobile phone. Opportunity for growth within the company Job requirements: Have a minimum Level 3 Scaffold Qualification Full driver's licence Class 2 licence is very advantageous Hold a valid Safety at Heights certification (or willing to refresh it) Comfortable computing level as using systems for scheduling and customer communication Sales abiilty as requirement will be to quote and sell scaffold services to potential customers Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate scaffold jobs efficiently Communicate with customers regarding timing and project requirements Manage teams, adjust schedules Oversee scaffold builds, including checking and signing off completed work Manage regular inspections and compliance checks Support the team on-site when needed, oversee health and safety, training requirements and inductions #J-18808-Ljbffr
