You’ll be the warm welcome when people walk through the door, the calm voice on the phone, and the steady hand that keeps the branch running like clockwork. What You’ll Be Doing Greeting clients and visitors with a smile and great service. Supporting our sales team with property listings, marketing, and admin tasks. Keeping everything ticking along behind the scenes - from invoicing to contracts. Making sure our branch looks its best, from the front window to the coffee area. Helping with local marketing and keeping our social media up to date. Pitching in wherever needed - because that’s how we do things here. What You’ll Bring A positive, can-do attitude and genuine care for people. Great attention to detail and pride in your work. Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office. A knack for keeping things organised (and a calm head when things get busy). A team spirit - you’re always happy to lend a hand and share a laugh.
