Fluid Power Products Group are seeking an ENZED Hose Doctor to join our team in Penrose, Auckland. This is a full-time position (or opportunity to buy) that plays a crucial role in maintaining and servicing hydraulic hose systems. As an ENZED Hose Doctor, you will be at the forefront of our service delivery, diagnosing, repairing, and assembling hose systems to the highest standards. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive reliable and efficient hydraulic solutions, and your expertise will directly impact the quality and reputation of our service. Key responsibilities Diagnose and assess hydraulic hose systems to identify faults, wear and damage Repair and reassemble hose systems using ENZED equipment and techniques to industry standards Perform testing on hose systems to ensure optimal performance Fabricate custom hose assemblies according to customer specifications Maintain accurate records of repairs, servicing and parts used Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding hose system solutions Ensure workshop safety protocols and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times Stay current with ENZED systems, PARKER Products, tools and industry best practices What we’re looking for Proven experience with machinery, in a workshop or as a hose fitter or in a similar role Willingness to complete ENZED training Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship Sound problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose system faults Physical fitness for the demands of the role, including lifting and working with machinery Strong communication skills and customer service orientation Reliability and commitment to health and safety compliance What we offer Competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications Opportunity to purchase the run (owner operator) Full-time, permanent employment with job security Opportunities for ongoing professional development and training Exposure to the latest hydraulic technology A supportive work environment within a growing, established business Health and safety focused workplace culture About us Fluid Power Products Group T/a ENZED Hoses is a specialist provider of hydraulic solutions serving New Zealand's industrial and commercial sectors.
