The Role: Greet visitors to the office Client support (phone, email, in-person) Printing, scanning, and document filing Providing administrative support to our Accountants Providing Personal Assistant support to our two firm Partners Managing the onboarding of new clients and setup of systems Create and maintain process documentation Support projects and lead process improvement initiatives Maintain an organized and stocked office Keep the environment clean and tidy What's in it for you: Full Time, 40 hours per week — 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, in-office An opportunity for you to have a great working environment working locally Loads of client contact Nurture our clients by supporting our Accountants Broaden your own skill set and expand your thinking through learning opportunities What we desire: Solutions focused.
