Summerset in Rototuna seeks an inspirational Care Centre Manager to lead a team of nurses and caregivers, delivering outstanding aged care and upholding Te Whatu Ora standards. Reporting to the Village Manager, you will oversee staffing, budgets, audits and policy implementation, while fostering a caring culture and strong relationships with residents, families and external agencies.
