Altitude Guides are responsible for ensuring guests are guided in a way that is both incredibly fun and safe. Our guides are provided with all the training they need but also given a level of creative license to really make the trip \"their own\". This means our guides remain engaged as they are not expected to deliver the same tour day in and day out. The Health and Safety within our business is award winning and our number one core value. To uphold these standards, guides play a critical role in the inspection of infrastructure and training for non-routine situations. Key responsibilities Guide guests in a way that is both fun and safe Inspect infrastructure as part of Health and Safety standards Train for and manage non-routine situations Work as part of a close-knit team Maintain exemplary professionalism with guests About you Exemplary professionalism Exceptional people skills Able to work as part of a close-knit team Excellent situational awareness Reliable and diligent Experience working as a Zipline/High wire guide/Instructor (preferred) Climbing experience (preferred) Pre-Hospital Emergency Care/First Aid (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
