Your responsibilities will include Providing day-to-day administrative support to our wider People & Culture team. End-to-end recruitment support, including creating job adverts, scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence. Welcoming new team members through onboarding and induction programmes Preparing employment agreements and contract variations Maintaining accurate digital employee records and documentation Coordinating employee changes and updates with our payroll team Producing reports and HR insights Supporting P&C initiatives across our sites P&C Coordinator Job Description Are you passionate about people, culture, and workplace wellbeing? Ideally, you'll bring Previous experience in HR, Recruitment, and/or Health & Safety (1+ years preferred), or a relevant tertiary qualification A genuine people-first approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confidence using digital systems and Microsoft Office applications (bonus points for prior use of AI in a workplace or study environment). The ability to juggle competing priorities and adapt to changing demands Great planning, organisation, and time-management skills A positive, professional, and proactive attitude A full, clean New Zealand Driver License What's in it for you?
