Your core mission will be to champion our Insurance partners and provide flooring solutions to our mutual customers. You'll be there every step of the way, from the initial insurance lead to post-installation check-ups, ensuring a positively unforgettable experience. Your interactions will span both in-store and in the comfort of their homes and properties, so no more being cooped up in the store all day! Your Responsibilities: Meeting KPIs and fulfilling contractual obligations with insurance providers. Guiding insurance customers through the claims and installation process. Maintaining positive relationships with local Loss Adjusters and Insurance Partners. Identifying opportunities for value-added product and offering solutions that cater to customer needs. Resolving customer inquiries and proactively following up on their requirements. Assisting customers in selecting products that align with their insurance claims and requirements. Utilising digital tools to measure, quantify and quote efficiently and accurately. Prepare quotes, process orders. And liaise with installers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. What We Need from You: A current NZ driver’s license. Strong communication skills and proficient digital abilities are essential. We expect demonstrated strength in CRM usage and delivery of high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
