LSG Sky Chefs Christchurch Airport is seeking an Asian Cuisine Chef to lead a designated workbench in a fast-paced production kitchen. You will prepare authentic dishes, adapt recipes for airline menus, and guide junior team members under the Production Manager's supervision. The role requires 3+ years in a commercial kitchen, NZQA Level 4 or higher, and strong HACCP knowledge.
