You will be responsible for the first impressions and ongoing outstanding customer experience. We want you to come in and truly show what great customer service is, right from the very first moment. This role will have administrative and clinical duties but we prefer to see your head up, not down; to build relationships, not transactions. To be a great promoter of our brand, you’ll need to be highly organised, with excellent communication and love working in a fast paced environment, have a love for creating efficient processes and a genuine passion for ensuring every team member is delivering the very best service experience. You’ll be confident and experienced in coaching fellow team members to perform their best and be open to being coached by others. Key Responsibilities You will be the first point of contact in the clinic for patients and their families, so a warm approachable manner is a must. Book appointments for new and existing patients Help create and maintain the processes and culture that exude customer service excellence, quality and efficiencies Work closely and ensure smooth communication and processes Complete administrative tasks with accuracy including financial contracts (payment plans paperwork) and chart entries Manage phone and email enquiries Maintain and update manuals as required Report regularly to the Principal Orthodontist Dental assisting chair side and sterilisation as a secondary role (no experience necessary). Not only will this help you provide excellent service to our patients, but it will also help you answer any questions you may receive at the reception. Plus, you'll enjoy a great team dynamic, and feel confident knowing that you can step up to support your colleagues should someone be on leave. About You You’re great at building rapport with both children and adults. You have good attention to detail and a love of following through tasks to completion You have demonstrated experience interacting with fellow team members and thrive off working in this environment.
