Job Description

To assist in the implementation, execution, administration and supervision of HR processes relevant to Aviat's New Zealand and Australia needs - locally, regionally and globally. Responsibilities Support end-to-end HR processes, ensuring adherence to established procedures and approval frameworks while maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and service delivery. Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, including coordinating new hire inductions and conducting exit interviews. Administer payroll and employee benefits processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable policies. Perform regular HR data audits to ensure data integrity, consistency, and completeness across systems. Provide support during internal and external audits, respond to HR and payroll-related queries in a timely manner, and deliver detailed explanations where required. Accurately record, document, and report employment-related information, escalating issues as required to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records within personnel files and HRIS/payroll systems, ensuring full compliance with data privacy regulations. Contribute to the implementation of regional and global HR initiatives and projects as required. Provide general HR support and carry out additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor's degree in human resources or administration preferred Five years of work experience in similar role Self driven and goal-oriented mindset and working style Ability to establish high integrity and trust among staff Ability to work independently Diligence and preciseness Experience in Payroll process Administration Working experience in telecommunication or IT sector is preferable #J-18808-Ljbffr
