BI Delivery Lead – Full-Time, Permanent Location: Christchurch, New Zealand About Us HamiltonJet is a highly regarded global leader in marine propulsion systems, serving customers around the world. To learn more about our company, products, and services, visit HamiltonJet. The Opportunity HamiltonJet's BI & Data Strategy turns data into direction, making our data reliable, trusted, and accessible, and delivered through four pillars: Data Champions, Analytics, Master Data, and Governance. As BI Delivery Lead, you will own the BI delivery process and act as the operational hub between the BI team and our Supply Chain and Manufacturing stakeholders. This is primarily a coordination and delivery role rather than a technical build role. Success depends on strong relationships, clear communication, and discipline to keep work moving. Your responsibilities will include: Owning the BI delivery process, acting as the first point of contact for incoming requests and triaging them by priority, scope, and owner, so nothing sits unactioned. Tracking active work across all four pillars, reporting progress to the BI Manager, and flagging blockers and risks early. Coordinating activity within the Data Champions network, scheduling touchpoints, tracking actions, and supporting Measure Owners and Data Champions across supply chain and manufacturing. Coordinating the delivery of analytical outputs, gathering requirements, managing sign-off cycles, and confirming outputs answer the agreed business question. Coordinating master data validation cycles, organising reviews, chasing responses, and tracking data quality issues through to resolution. Coordinating governance tasks, ensuring outputs follow sign-off processes; documentation stays current, and standards are applied consistently. Coordinating the trialing of new BI tools, prototypes, and reports, running user testing sessions, capturing feedback in a structured way, and keeping the feedback loop moving. Applying supply chain and manufacturing domain knowledge to sense-check BI outputs and briefs before they reach the business. Maintaining clear delivery of documentation, actions, decisions, and next steps so the state of play is always visible. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience in a delivery, coordination, project, or operations role ideally where you have kept work moving across multiple stakeholders and priorities. A genuine understanding of supply chain and manufacturing operations, enough to hold credible conversations with operational stakeholders and sense-check whether outputs are fit for purpose. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to chase, route, and follow through. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the discipline to track actions and close them out. The ability to triage and prioritise competing requests and keep stakeholders informed. Comfort working alongside a technical BI or data team and translating between operational needs and BI delivery. Resilience and the ability to pivot as priorities change. A sound commitment to data security and privacy practices. Familiarity with BI and data platforms such as Tableau and Snowflake, or experience working within a data or analytics function, would be highly regarded. Why Join HamiltonJet? This is an opportunity to join a high-performing global organisation that values craftsmanship, teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will work alongside skilled professionals who take pride in delivering world-class products to customers around the globe. What We Offer Full-time, permanent employment. Competitive salary package, depending on skills and experience. The opportunity to work for a global industry leader. A pivotal role at the centre of a growing, data-driven business. A supportive team environment with opportunities for ongoing training and career development. Applications close on Sunday 6th September 2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
