The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting daily warehouse activities, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Storeperson / Storeman to join a busy and growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or inventory experience who takes pride in delivering quality work and being part of a successful operation. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting daily warehouse activities, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Receive, check, and process incoming goods and deliveries. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch. Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory checks. Organise and maintain warehouse storage areas. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks where required. Ensure stock is handled correctly to prevent damage. Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment. Complete documentation and follow warehouse processes. Work closely with the wider team to meet daily targets. Follow all workplace health and safety procedures. Assist with general warehouse and store duties as required. About You We are looking for someone who is: Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up every day. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks. Organised with strong attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Safety-focused with a positive attitude. Willing to learn and contribute to a supportive workplace. Able to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard. Experience Ideally, you will have: Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment. Experience with stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch processes. Knowledge of warehouse procedures and health and safety requirements. Experience using warehouse equipment or systems. Forklift experience is advantageous. Qualifications Current forklift licence (F endorsement) preferred but not essential. Full or Restricted New Zealand Driver Licence preferred. Ability to complete manual handling tasks safely. Good communication and organisational skills. Relevant warehouse or logistics training is advantageous.
