Retail Supervisor

Sarvamay Limited (7 day Convenience Store) Location: Linwood, Christchurch Hours per Week: 30 (Full-time) We are seeking a Retail Supervisor Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Assist to oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow Supervise and coordinate staff activities and performance Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or issues Assist to manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and supplier orders Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual presentation Assist with staff training, shift planning, and rostering Enforce compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required: Minimum of 2 years of retail or supervisory experience Full Drivers Licence is required Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic Competitive hourly rate based on experience Stable full-time position with consistent hours Supportive and friendly team environment Opportunities for growth within the business #J-18808-Ljbffr
