WORK - The Recruitment Co. – Hamilton, North Island Commercial Landscaping Foreman | $35–$40 per hour | Immediate Start We're recruiting for an experienced Landscape Foreman to join a well-established commercial landscaping contractor delivering high-quality outdoor construction projects across the Waikato. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll oversee projects from start to finish, leading a crew while ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. What's involved: Leading and supervising a team on commercial landscaping projects. Overseeing day‑to‑day site operations from project commencement through to completion. Reading plans and coordinating works to programme. Liaising with Project Managers and providing regular site updates. Ensuring quality workmanship and maintaining health and safety standards. Hands‑on involvement in hardscaping and outdoor construction. You’ll have experience with: Paving and paving preparation. Timber structures, decking and retaining walls. Kerbing, edging and concrete works. Artificial turf and planting General commercial landscaping and outdoor construction. Operating small plant and construction equipment. What we're looking for: Previous experience as a Landscape Foreman or Leading Hand. Strong knowledge of commercial landscaping and hardscaping. Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a team. Ability to read plans and manage projects from start to finish. Good communication and organisational skills. Full driver's licence. Own tools. WTR and Class 2 licence are advantageous but not essential. What's on offer: $35–$40 per hour depending on experience. Immediate start.
