Client and Adviser Support administrator Foxplan – Wellington Central, North Island FoxPlan is a boutique financial services firm that has been helping New Zealanders since 1996, with over 7000 clients across financial planning, investments, KiwiSaver, mortgages and accounting. We are looking for someone brilliant to join us at the heart of it all. A permanent, full-time, office-based role in Wellington Position Description T his is the role that makes everything run. You will be the first voice our clients hear and the person our advisers rely on every day. You will manage client enquiries, keep our records sharp, drive our client retention work and support clients across investments, KiwiSaver and mortgages. (Full training and support will be provided. That breadth means you will build real financial services knowledge fast, working alongside experienced advisers and top product providers.
