About You… You're someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and building trusted relationships. You are naturally empathetic, an excellent communicator, and you understand how to inspire action through authentic conversations. You may come from sales, account management, customer success, business development, fundraising or relationship management. Experience building and nurturing customer, client or donor relationships. A proven ability to engage, retain and grow support through meaningful conversations. Confidence conducting proactive telephone outreach and developing relationships remotely. Experience contributing to campaigns, initiatives or growth‑focused programmes. A collaborative approach and a genuine desire to make a positive difference. Why This Role? This is a role for someone who still enjoys the challenge of engagement, growth and relationship building, but is looking for more purpose behind their work. Every new supporter you engage, every relationship you strengthen and every contribution you help secure enables this organisation to continue delivering essential services to the community. If you're motivated by people, purpose and positive impact, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
