In addition, you will also be responsible for providing strategic insights on financial performance through robust and accurate analysis. A key focus of this role will be systems and process leadership to ensure opportunities across the business are maximised with a strong focus on innovation and automation. Your Skills and Experience To succeed in this role, you will ideally be CA Qualifiedwith proven commercial leadership experience and an ability to bring numbers alive, allowing the business to make informed strategic decisions. You will have strong financial and accounting management capability, ideally in a manufacturing environment, along with a continuous improvement mindset to drive innovation and automation by leveraging technology and systems. In addition, you will have excellent communication, people leadership and negotiation skills, be a strong decision maker and comfortable taking a ‘hands on’ approach.
