About the Role | Mō te Tūranga We have a permanent part-time position available, offering 28 hours per week. Perfect for if you're a student studying in the healthcare/medical field! Thursday + Friday Sleepover Shifts - 6:00pm-8am Cover Shifts for the same client, as required You will support clients in their own homes and in the community, helping them stay independent, connected, and living life on their terms. What You’ll Do | Ngā Mahi Provide personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Support clients with daily routines and household tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation Assist with appointments, errands, and community activities Monitor and report changes in health and wellbeing Maintain accurate records and follow care plans Build respectful, trusting relationships with clients About You | Ko Wai Koe You will be someone who: Is caring, patient, and genuinely enjoys helping others Builds strong relationships and treats people with dignity and respect Is reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team You will also need: To live within the Waipapa or central Kerikeri area A full New Zealand driver’s license and reliable vehicle The ability to work the shifts listed Previous experience in support work, caregiving, or healthcare A Level 2, 3, or 4 Health and Wellbeing qualification or similar Valid NZ work rights(we are not able to provide visa sponsorship for sleepover shifts) What We Offer | Ngā Painga Pay rate of $23.95 to $30.13 per hour (depending on qualifications) Permanent part-time hours with consistency Full training provided, including a paid induction and ongoing professional development opportunities Direct support from local coordinators who know you and your clients Opportunity to build relationships with regular clients Employee wellbeing support - EAP A role where you can make a real difference every day tlc4u2 Ltd is a trusted provider of community-based support services throughout Northland and Auckland.
