About the Role We’re looking for a confident and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys leading from the front. You’ll work closely with the Assistant Manager and Cafe & Restaurant Manager to support the day-to-day operation of the floor, lead service periods, motivate the team, and ensure every guest receives warm, attentive, and consistent hospitality. Key Responsibilities Lead the floor during service, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction Allocate sections and adjust service pacing based on business demand Deliver effective pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities Support team members to provide prompt, friendly, and professional service Resolve guest concerns professionally and support positive guest recovery outcomes Coach and support team members during service to maintain high standards Act as a key communication link between Management, Kitchen, and Front of House teams Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, team performance, and guest experience What We're Looking For Previous two years' work experience in a senior Front of House, Duty Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Team Leader role withinacafe, restaurant or hospitality business As this position is an on on-floor and hands-on position, the successful candidate will need to be willing to relocate to Twizel' Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills Confidence leading teams during busy service periods A calm, organised, and professional approach under pressure A positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions on shift Commitment to health, safety, and workplace wellbeing Must be eligible to live and work in New Zealand Why Join Us?
