It's a great fit for someone who likes variety, enjoys building strong partnerships, and takes pride in delivering good work that lasts. Lead 3 waters infrastructure projects delivering water, wastewater, and stormwater solutions from procurement through to delivery, completion, and handover. Manage contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve strong project outcomes across a variety of projects. Ensure works are delivered in line with contractual obligations, programme requirements, and quality expectations. Apply your knowledge of NZS3910 and NZS3916 to support sound project delivery and commercial discipline. Build trusted relationships across teams while keeping projects moving safely, efficiently, and with the future in mind. A relevant tertiary qualification, likely a Bachelor of Civil Engineering or similar 4+ years of relevant engineering experience in New Zealand. Proven 3 waters experience across water, wastewater, and stormwater solutions on a variety of infrastructure projects. Strong working knowledge of NZS3910 and NZS3916, with the ability to manage contractual requirements confidently. A collaborative, team-focused approach and the ability to build strong working relationships. Great communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a sharp eye for detail. At Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us. You'll have access to: Medical insurance and life insurance after the eligibility period. KiwiSaver employer contributions after service milestones, up to 7%. Parental leave top up payment with additional return to work support. Ongoing training and development, with clear career growth and progression opportunities. Great discounts at a wide range of retailers. At Fulton Hogan, good work is more than what we deliver. It's how we show up, how we work together, and the standard we hold ourselves to. We're friendly, and forward moving. That means low ego, real trust, and ideas that can come from anywhere. We take the work seriously, not ourselves. You'll join a team that backs each other, values practical thinking, and knows when to switch on and deliver. If you want to do meaningful work with good people and help shape the future of essential infrastructure, you'll fit right in. If you're ready to build infrastructure that matters and be part of a team doing good work together, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
