The Role Our Logistics & Plant Maintenance Worker position is a hands‑on role at the heart of our nursery operations. Supporting our Dispatch Lead, you’ll help ensure our trees, systems, and equipment are maintained to a high standard — and that everything flows smoothly from nursery to customer. Enjoying a varied role, from maintaining irrigation systems to preparing orders and supporting dispatch, your work will directly contribute to the quality and reliability Easy Big Trees is known for. About You We would love to hear from motivated and reliable candidates who are team players, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. The role will require the successful candidate to be physically capable and mechanically minded, confident working with a range of tools and equipment. This role would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors in a hands‑on, practical role, and who takes pride in a job well done.
