Ashveer Transport Limited is seeking 6 Taxi Drivers to driver our company vehicle in Auckland Region in full-time permanent positions with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Ashveer Transport Limited is seeking Taxi Drivers to driver our company vehicle in Auckland Region in full-time permanent positions with a minimum of 30 hours per week. You will be paid between $28 to $35 per hour depending upon your qualification, skills and experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and play akey role in delivering excellent service to our customers. Key Responsibilities Operate vehicles safely and efficiently to transport passengers or deliver rental vehicles to designated locations. Use mobile computer systems and radio networks to log in, manage passenger bookings, and coordinate vehiclemovements. Pick up passengers from designated locations, taxi ranks, or when hailed, and transport them to their requested destinations. Plan and determine the most appropriate routes for passenger transport or vehicle delivery using navigation systems and local knowledge. Assist passengers with luggage and provide basic instructions onvehicle features and operation. Collect fares, process payments, and issue receipts where applicable. Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles, checking fuel levels, cleanliness, tyres, lights, and general condition. Refuel, clean, and return vehicles to the branch or depot aft er use. Report any vehicle damage, maintenance issues, or incidents tothe branch manager or fleet supervisor. Maintain accurate logs of vehicle movements, mileage, fuelusage, and service requirements. Provide courteous customer service, addressing enquiries, resolvingcomplaints, and off ering assistance to ensure a positive experience. May collect and deliver parcels or small items as required. Ensure vehicles and goods are transported in safe and secure conditions, adhering to traffi c laws, occupational health andsafety regulations, and company policies. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and road worthiness, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards at all times. Flexible to work in the weekends.
