We are looking for an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our team and play a key role in helping customers secure finance solutions and protection products that suit their needs. About the Role Working closely with our Sales Team, and our Business Manager, you will guide customers through the finance and insurance process from vehicle purchase through to delivery. You will build strong relationships with customers, lending partners and insurers while ensuring a smooth, compliant and professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Present finance and insurance products to customers in a professional and ethical manner. Arrange vehicle finance through a range of lending partners. Prepare and process finance documentation accurately and efficiently. Promote protection products such as mechanical breakdown insurance, payment protection, GAP insurance and vehicle protection products where appropriate. Ensure all lending and regulatory requirements are met. Maintain strong relationships with finance companies and insurance providers. Work closely with Sales Consultants to maximise customer satisfaction and dealership performance. Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the purchasing journey. Consistently achieve finance, insurance and compliance objectives. What We're Looking For Previous experience in automotive finance and insurance is highly desirable. Strong understanding of responsible lending and finance compliance requirements. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A professional and customer-focused approach. High levels of integrity, organisation and attention to detail. The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. Strong administration and computer skills.
