Taharoa Ironsands is seeking an experienced Mining Team Leader to drive safe, efficient production on New Zealand’s west coast. Reporting to Production Managers, you will lead daily mining, manage crews, and ensure adherence to the mine plan, with a 4-on, 4-off roster including night shifts. You will champion health, safety and environmental excellence, coordinate equipment and personnel, and deliver accurate production reporting while supporting continuous improvement across the site. #J-18808-Ljbffr
