WorkSafe New Zealand is seeking a Principal Advisor for Remuneration and Employment Relations. You will lead the design and governance of remuneration frameworks, conduct job evaluation and benchmarking, and drive pay equity initiatives to ensure fairness and compliance. You will also provide strategic employment relations advice, lead remuneration talks, support collective bargaining, and influence senior leaders to shape a constructive employment environment.
