The opportunity We are looking for experienced Senior Consultant's or Manager's to join our People Consulting team in New Zealand / Aotearoa. You will play a crucial role in guiding, designing and delivering our clients transitions and transformations, ensuring that changes are implemented and adopted with confidence and proficiently. You will be responsible for supporting or leading design initiatives that prioritise the needs, behaviours, and experiences of users related to the changes identified. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute change experience strategies that minimise resistance and maximise engagement. These roles can be performed from any of our EY offices across New Zealand / Aotearoa. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Your key responsibilities Senior Consultant level Delivering client projects: Collaborate with EY colleagues and clients to define and deliver project outcomes. Supporting clients to solve their challenges: Analyse workforce and business data to generate insights and recommendations. Build client relationships and guide clients through structured problem solving. Contributing to business development: identify and support opportunities for EY to contribute to client outcomes. Manager level Managing client relationships: Establish and manage client relationships to achieve project outcomes and resolve issues or roadblocks. Leading project teams: Coach and guide other team members and build capability in organisation design. Owning solution design: Lead end-to-end development of solutions and recommendations that balance client requirements with practical implementation. Skills and attributes for success Experience in a consulting, change experience, organisational development, or a related role is highly desirable. Knowledge in developing and implementing change experience strategies and plans that align with organisational goals. Familiarity in conducting change impact assessments to identify the impact of changes on employees and processes. Ability to develop personas, user journey maps, and other design artifacts to communicate user insights and design concepts. Demonstration in collaborating with project teams to integrate change experience activities into project plans.
