The Role You'll put your practical skills and compassion into supporting residents with everyday activities such as personal care, assistance at mealtimes, and general care duties that make for happier, healthier living at an Enliven home. You will work hard, but there are few jobs that will give you the immense satisfaction of working for people who are grateful for your help and who contribute to an enriching working environment. Hours: This is a Fixed Term part-time position covering staff member on parental leave ending 3 May 2027, working 35 hours per fortnight Week one: 5hrs/day, 16.30- 22.00hrs on Monday, Thursday & Friday Week two: 5hrs/day, 16.30- 22.00hrs on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, & Sunday About You The ideal applicant will: Be empathetic, compassionate, and patient Work well in a team Enjoy working alongside older people Be physically fit and strong Have enthusiasm and a sense of humour Experience in an aged care environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
