Join our Napier Bridge Team and help deliver bridge and civil structures infrastructure projects that make a real impact in our communities. You'll support procurement, contract administration, and construction delivery, working closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of bridge and civil structures infrastructure projects during procurement and construction phases. Assist with contract administration and Engineer's Representative responsibilities. Prepare tender, procurement, and contract documentation. Support project planning, programme management, budgeting, and reporting. Prepare project briefs, offers of service, and fee estimates. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders. Contribute to business development and team growth initiatives. About You Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline. Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in contract and construction management. Experience working on bridge and civil structures projects. Experience serving as an Engineer's Representative Assistant and/or Contract Administrator Assistant (or equivalent), with working knowledge of the NZS391X suite of contracts. Demonstrated experience preparing contract documentation and supporting contract delivery. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders. A collaborative, solutions-focused, and client-centric approach. This position is full time, 40 hours and 5 days per week. The remuneration range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
