Full-time – 40 hours per week on a rotating roster $28.00 - $32.00 per hour (depending on experience) Shift will be from 6.30 am - 3 pm or 2.30 pm - 11 pm with the odd night shift when required Step into a leadership role where no two days are the same. Your day-to-day will include: Leading and supporting the Front Office team during shifts Managing guest arrivals, departures, and enquiries Handling reservations and coordinating with housekeeping Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care Ensuring smooth hotel operations and service excellence at all times This is a hands-on role where your ability to think quickly, stay calm under pressure, and lead by example will truly shine. About You You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely loves working with people.
