Fergbaker, based in Arrowtown, is expanding with a brand-new bakery and is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join the launch team. You’ll be hands-on from mixing to baking, creating a range of European-style pastries from scratch in a high-volume production environment. We value technique, precision and attention to detail.
