Esplanade waitstaff role will suit someone who: Has previous experience in busy fast service restaurants or bars (min 2 yrs) Is confident dealing with a wide range of customers as a section waiter Has previous experience and confident with full service and tray work Thrives being part of a larger team Is customer focused and systems orientated The Esplanade operates with clear systems, defined service standards and a collaborative team approach.
