Process Lead IWS

You will: Lead equipment improvement, standardisation, and loss elimination initiatives Analyse process data to identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements Own centre-lining, line settings, recipes, and process standards Train and coach Operators and Engineers in equipment operation and process changes Support Dan-IWS principles, Daily Management Systems, and continuous improvement activities Participate in daily direction setting, planned stops, and change management activities Promote strong safety, quality, and food safety culture on the line Support quality systems including HACCP, iCare, ISO 22000, and incident investigations You are an energetic and proactive professional with experience in production or manufacturing environments. You bring the ability to engage stakeholders, coach others, and actively drive continuous improvement. You enjoy building strong, collaborative relationships and working alongside others to achieve shared business outcomes. Experience in food, dairy, or manufacturing environments (highly desirable) Technical aptitude with strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to coach, influence, and build capability in others Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Relevant technical or engineering qualification (desirable) Comfortable working in a 24/7 manufacturing environment when required Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
