About the role We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our commercial team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in budgeting, pricing, contracts or commercial administration who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems and managing stakeholders. You will play a key role in developing study budgets, negotiating commercial contracts and ensuring accurate financial information across our systems. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain clinical study budgets and pricing. Negotiate and finalise contracts with sponsors and CROs. Manage contracts, addendums and contract trackers. Maintain pricing databases and terms of trade. Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve budget and contract issues. About you You will ideally have: Experience in budgeting, pricing, contract administration or a commercial role . Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. Advanced Excel skills. Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive, solutions-focused and adaptable approach. Experience with databases and Power BI, or willingness to learn. A tertiary qualification in Science, Business or a related discipline is preferred. Clinical trials, healthcare, pharmaceutical or research experience is advantageous but not essential . Work with global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
