We're seeking Civil Drainage Workers to join busy crews working on a variety of projects across Christchurch. Whether you're an experienced drainlayer, a skilled civil worker, or someone keen to learn the trade, we'd like to hear from you. What's on offer? Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to learn drainage and civil construction skills Long-term work with consistent hours Supportive team environment Career progression and training opportunities Work on major infrastructure projects across Canterbury About the role You'll work alongside experienced crews completing a range of civil drainage tasks including: Stormwater, sewer and watermain installations Pipe laying and trench work Assisting machine operators Manhole and culvert installations Site preparation and reinstatement General labouring and drainage support work Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety We want to hear from you if you: Have civil, construction, drainage or labouring experience; or Are reliable, hard-working and keen to learn a trade Enjoy working outdoors and as part of a team Have a good attitude and strong work ethic Hold a full driver's licence (preferred but not essential) Why join us?
