As our Digital Engagement Champion, you'll play a key role in helping our community build confidence and independence in an increasingly digital world. Working across the library and community, you'll deliver digital learning opportunities, provide one-on-one technology support, promote digital services and resources, help upskill Library staff and help people overcome barriers to accessing information, services and opportunities online. This is a hands-on role, 32 hours per week, where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with colleagues to deliver digital inclusion initiatives, support lifelong learning, and ensure our library remains a welcoming place where everyone feels empowered to learn, connect and thrive Ko wai koe | About you You're a people-person who enjoys helping others succeed and isn't afraid to tackle a challenge. You combine excellent customer service with digital confidence and a practical, solution-focused approach. You'll bring: Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people from all walks of life. Confidence using technology and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools, platforms and systems. Patience and empathy to help support a diverse range of learners Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and a willingness to find practical solutions when challenges arise. Experience delivering learning opportunities, supporting customers, or helping others build new skills and confidence. A passion for community wellbeing, digital inclusion and lifelong learning. Experience in libraries, education, community services, customer service, technology support, or similar people-focused roles would be an advantage, but most importantly we're looking for someone who is curious, motivated, tech-savvy, and committed to making a difference in their community.
