The Backyard Bar and Eatery in Whatawhata, North Island, is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, lead bar and floor staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will independently manage the venue when rostered and drive sales while maintaining service excellence. Ideal candidate has LCQ and GM certificate, 2+ years in hospitality, and strong leadership with excellent communication.
