Job Description
Jasper is seeking an Asset Manager with a leasing and project focus to oversee and optimise the performance of our NZ portfolio. You will manage tenant relationships, leasing activity, capital expenditure and value-add projects while working with the Investment Manager and external consultants to align asset strategies with investment mandates.
