Job Description
The Department of Conservation NZ is seeking a Ranger, Biodiversity to lead the seasonal programme monitoring and protecting hoiho on Rakiura/Stewart Island. You will oversee nest searching, monitoring, transport of penguins, rehabilitation, data entry, predator control and volunteer coordination. You will work with mana whenua and community groups, with opportunities to support hoiho recovery at the rehabilitation centre on Rakiura and to assist other conservation projects as priorities shift. #J-18808-Ljbffr
