Big Brothers Big Sisters of Christchurch is seeking a Mentoring Coordinator to recruit, screen and train volunteer mentors, and to provide match coordination services for young people and their whānau. The role involves supervising matches, liaising with schools and external agencies, and ensuring practice standards are followed.
