We are seeking a highly organiser and commercially focused Contract Administrator to join our Energy and Utilities team in Auckland. Reporting to the Operations and Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of contract outcomes through accurate billing, claims reconciliation, invoicing, job costing, reporting and forecasting. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working with financial data, supporting operational teams and ensuring contractual obligations are met. You will work closely with operational leaders, finance teams, field staff, clients and the Service Hub to maximise revenue opportunities while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities include: Preparing claims and invoices Monitoring work in progress, billing and job closure activities Supporting job costing compliance and financial reporting Reviewing variation requests and adjustment events Maintaining accurate project and financial records within company systems Assisting operational teams to achieve contractual entitlements Promoting a strong safety and compliance culture across all activities To be successful in this role you will bring: Strong numerical and analytical skills with an understanding of job costing Previous administration experience within a complex operational environment Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment A collaborative approach and a willingness to support team objectives Confidence to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Experience within the electricity, utilities or contracting industry will be highly regarded.
