We have experienced some exceptional growth in our first two years of business, and are looking to continue expanding our team through hiring a senior account manager. This would be the perfect role for an expat looking to move home after gaining international experience. We are a content first agency who specialise in content lead website development, organic content retainers and content led campaigns. Our clients include restaurants, home builders, car dealerships, developers, a high end gym and others. About you You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day management of our client accounts, making sure communication is clear, projects stay moving and clients always know what is happening next. Your responsibilities will include: Managing ongoing client relationships and being a key point of contact Organising projects, timelines, deliverables and client communication Preparing and sending shoot plans ahead of content days Attending shoots and helping ensure everything runs smoothly Coordinating feedback, content reviews and approvals Keeping clients updated throughout the creative process Working closely with the creative team to turn client objectives into clear briefs Making sure deliverables are completed on time and to the agreed scope Identifying opportunities to improve accounts, strengthen relationships and deliver more value Helping create a consistently high standard of client experience across Distinct Who we’re looking for This is an experienced position , so we’re looking for someone who has previously managed clients, projects or accounts in an agency, marketing, media or creative environment. You’ll be someone who: Is confident building and maintaining strong client relationships Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what needs to happen Is exceptionally organised and good at managing multiple moving parts Communicates clearly and professionally Is comfortable giving direction and keeping projects on track Understands creative, content, marketing or production workflows Can balance what the client wants with what the creative team needs Enjoys being around people and being involved in shoots and production Notices the small things that make clients feel genuinely looked after Ultimately, we want someone who can own the client experience from planning through to delivery , giving our creative team the space to do great work while giving our clients confidence that everything is under control. #J-18808-Ljbffr
