Health New Zealand – Te Whatu Ora invites applications for an Allied Health Assistant to join the Advancing Wellness at Home Initiative (AWHI). The role provides short-term home-based support with personal care and rehabilitation for patients recently discharged from hospital wards. You will work weekends and some evenings (up to 7pm) and assist with personal care, household tasks, rehabilitation programmes and equipment installation in patients' homes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
