As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of your store's performance, leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales, profitability and team engagement.

Working with both retail and trade customers, you'll coach and develop your team, create a positive and high‑performing culture, maintain exceptional merchandising standards, and ensure operational excellence across every aspect of the business.

As this is a hands‑on retail environment, you'll also need to be comfortable with regular heavy lifting and manual handling as part of the role.
