NZ NUTRITION CARE LIMITED is a Food Manufacturing company based in Hamilton. Large-Scale OEM/ODM Nutraceutical Manufacturing Expert in New Zealand. We are looking for 1 full-time SALES MANAGER to join our team. As a SALES MANAGER, you will be work a minimum of 30 hours per week, and you will be responsible for: Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Identify and secure new OEM/ODM manufacturing clients in New Zealand and overseas markets. Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers and brand owners. Negotiate supply agreements, pricing structures and commercial contracts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities in the nutraceutical industry. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports for senior management. Lead, supervise and mentor sales and customer service staff. Coordinate with product development, production and regulatory teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions and business networking events. Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field. Minimum 5 years sales and business development experience. Previous experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, health products or FMCG sectors preferred. Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship management skills. Demonstrated experience in international business development and B2B sales. Physically fit with a clear criminal record.
