An established and highly respected construction cost consultancy is continuing to grow and is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Queenstown office. Working across a diverse portfolio of commercial developments, civil infrastructure and large-scale retirement village projects, you'll become part of a collaborative consultancy with an outstanding reputation for delivering expert commercial advice across New Zealand. The Opportunity As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with clients, consultants and contractors, providing expert cost management throughout the full project lifecycle. With a healthy pipeline of work across both public and private sectors, no two projects are the same. From commercial developments and infrastructure through to retirement village communities, you'll enjoy genuine variety while building long-term client relationships. This role offers the autonomy to manage your own projects while being supported by an experienced and collaborative national team.
