You let us know your availability, and we’ll work with you to match shifts. What We’re Looking For A genuine passion for working with children Reliability and a positive, can‑do attitude Confidence to adapt to new environments Strong communication skills The legal right to work in New Zealand Previous ECE experience is helpful but not essential — we’re looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.
