This is far more than a traditional PA position. You'll become the go-to person within the office, building strong relationships across the business, coordinating key activities, and helping create a positive and engaging workplace culture This is a fixed-term contract through to 30 June 2027, working Monday to Friday (four days onsite) Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas and minutes Provide administrative support to senior leaders and assist the Executive Assistant as required Manage travel arrangements and support changing schedules and priorities Welcome visitors and help maintain a positive office environment Support office initiatives, events and social committee activities About the Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a technology company based in Auckland CBD This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company who truly look after their people!
