About the role Every day, we strive to do the best for our customers — both new and returning. As one of our technicians, you'll play a key role in helping our customers get back on their bikes and do what they love most — cycling. This is a busy and varied workshop role where you'll need to be organised, efficient and able to manage multiple jobs while maintaining a consistently high standard of workmanship. Key responsibilities Servicing and repairing a wide range of bikes, including e-bikes, mountain bikes and road/gravel bikes Diagnosing mechanical issues and providing practical solutions Providing expert mechanical advice to customers and the wider team Completing repairs and servicing to a consistently high standard Preparing quotes, job sheets and clear descriptions of work required Carrying out quality checks before bikes leave the workshop so they are always in optimal working condition Assisting with warranty assessments and processes Managing workshop jobs efficiently and communicating progress where required Working collaboratively with the retail and workshop team to ensure the workshop runs smoothly Keeping the workshop organised, safe and well presented About you Experienced in bike servicing and mechanical repairs Highly organised with strong time management skills Proactive and able to work independently Collaborative, with strong communication skills Detail-focused and committed to quality workmanship A practical problem solver who enjoys diagnosing and fixing issues Comfortable managing multiple jobs and priorities Customer-focused, with a genuine desire to help people Positive and willing to get stuck in with a can do attitude This role is Monday - Friday with an occasional Saturday if required About Cycleways Cycleways was founded in 2006 and is proudly independent.
